No navigation arrows in street view

Hello,

so I just uploaded my first tour with gothru. I shot it with a Ricoh theta and built the tour in the Desktop Moderator.
So far so good. After uploading to Google street view I can see the panoramas on the left in Google Maps underneath the google place entry of the business. When I click on one of them, I can look around like you can in a 360° panorama, but the navigation arrows to walk through the other panos are missing.

I followed every step in the tutorials. The debug page shows every panorama as green and states that the panos are in GoThru and Google, the links are correct and the panos don’t have a place ID. (I put the place ID in the box under the “advanced options” in the upload dialogue for street view.)

What am I missing?

Edit: I just saw that it can take up to 5 days for the tour to be displayed correctly on google. So I’ll be patient…

@albug All good. The delay just threw me off and I thought I might have missed something.

@alexander-münch Google is a big company and some times changes done to one part of their product affect other products. Currently they are experience delays in processing the navigation and it takes longer then 48h’s. The speed Google is processing the navigation is outside GoThru control.

Whenever we notice an issue on Google side, we are creating a ticket with Google on their issue tracker website, and hope for a fast fix.

Hi!

The tour has the navigation arrows now.
It took around 14 days instead of the 5 days stated on the website.

Hi alexander-münch , has anything been changesd on SV after 14 days? Currently I am in the “can take up to 4-days” queue and woul like to know …

@alexander-münch I am having the same issue, any update?
