@Kemas-Dimas From the above articles are a bit old, and picking the Starting Angle might or not work. Basically Google has an AI that selects the angle and rotating the pano (you can rotate with a random angle) might force Google to pick another starting angle … but that’s not guaranteed.
Regarding your question … the levels behave differently in Google. When you jump from level to level, Google will pick the closest pano to the current one from the level you are jumping too, and the angle will be the direction you are facing, so no hack will help you with picking the pano or the angle. They use an AI, because that’s what they have for the Car images … and they can not allow Street View to work without with AI for the car images and without AI for users uploaded images, that would introduce bugs.
