I’m not quite sure how this works with the overlays. Are they billed per year or how does it work?
I believe the $25/year cost is only incurred if I pause the PRO account.
If this cost is incurred every year how can I pass this directly to the customer via pay as you go plan?

If you have a PRO account, there is no extra cost for Overlays
If you do not have a PRO account, the cost is $25 per year.
If you had a PRO account or plan to unsubscribe, you can pass the $25 to your client from Overlay Manager section.
Once you grab the unlock link, you can activate the tour back and send the link to your client to pay for it
