Are we having slow turnaround in tours publishing again on Google?

I published a tour 3 days ago and the navigation is still not live but all the connections via Gothru show as successful. Can you please let me know if there’s something I need to do or if you can somehow help out?

We take photos carefully every 3 meters, edit the path with gothru, so several hours spended on that.

I have several blue lines and the results are a semi-disaster, i don’t know if google will keep the result or they will update in coming weeks/months…

Really disappointed and frustrated.

@tracker-net-360 Just got an update and the same, the team is working on fixing the current outage, and it will take a bit longer then usual. The final fix of this issue, will come 3-4 months from now with a big update for the whole Street View system. So, I suppose we will continue to have delays till that big update will be roll out.

Same thing, Google has a very big delay in processing the navigation. My contact says that the development team on Google side knows about this delay and they are working on a fix. I suppose it will take a bit more time till the navigation will show up

@tracker-net-360 I’ve reported to my Google contact, this issue. Google will process the navigation some time next week.

@work-pics-360 Google is having delays with processing connections again. I’ve created a ticket with Google regarding this issue, but since it’s Christmas and New Year … I am not expecting Google to do anything till next year …
