## **Why Use Shareable Editing?**

- Share feedback and make updates live

## **Steps to Share and Collaborate on a Tour**

1. **Go to My Tour**
  - Navigate to **My Tour**
  - Select the tour you want to share
  - Click on **Tools**
  - Choose **Create Navigation**
2. **Open the Tour in GoThru AI Moderator**
  - This opens the tour in edit mode.
3. **Click the “Share” Button**
  - Located in the top-right corner of the AI Moderator screen
4. **Enable Shareable Editing**
  - Toggle the **Activate Sharing** switch
  - This will generate a collaboration link
5. **Copy and Share the Link**
  - Paste it into an email, chat, or any other communication tool
  - Others with the link can join and make edits in real time
