To share a tour project with more than one person without entering individual email addresses, use the **Virtual Tour Editor's** share function. This allows anyone with the link to open and edit the tour—ideal for collaborating with clients or coworkers, as everyone’s changes are saved in the same tour.

### **Steps to Share and Collaborate on a Tour**

1. Go to **My Tours** and select the tour you want to share. → *My Tours > Select tour > Tools*
2. **Open the tour in the Virtual Tour Editor** if the project is already active, or click **Create Virtual Tour** for a new project.
3. In the Virtual Tour Editor, click the **Share** button in the upper-right corner.
4. Toggle **Activate Sharing** to ON to reveal the editable share link.
5. Click **Copy**, then paste and send the link via chat, email, or anywhere else.

- Anyone with the link can edit the tour.
- All edits are saved to the same tour.
- You don’t need to be online—changes made by others will appear when you next open the tour.
