Follow these steps to free up storage by archiving multiple tours at once in GoThru.

---

### **Step 1: Go to the Storage Section**

- From the GoThru dashboard, select **Storage** from the left-side menu. *(See label 1 in the image)*

---

### **Step 2: Select the Tours to Archive**

- You’ll see a list of all your tours sorted by disk space usage.
- Use the checkboxes to select the tours you want to archive. *(See label 2)*

---

### **Step 3: Archive the Selected Tours**

- Once selected, click the **“Archive Selected”** button at the top-right corner. *(See label 3)*

### **Step 4: Download the Archive File**

1. Shortly after archiving, GoThru deletes the panoramas and sends you an **email** with a **download link** to the archive file.
2. The download link is **valid for two weeks**. Below is an example of the email you’ll receive.
3. Use the link in the email to **download and store the archive file** locally or in Google Drive for future use.

### **Step 5: Update Storage to See Free Space**

1. After archiving, return to the **Storage** page and click **Update Storage** to refresh your storage stats. It might take some time for the space changes to reflect.

---

### **Step 6: Re-upload if Needed**

1. If needed, GoThru allows you to **re-upload** the panoramas to the **same constellation**.
  - The **metadata remains intact** on the GoThru servers.
  - When re-uploading, the new images will **overwrite the existing** ones without needing to reconnect or relink the tour manually.
